My usual modus operandi in the art world- paintings on good old fashion rectangular canvas. Below, I have organized my art into pages defiend by the content of the paintings.

Totally Abstract
This is really where I started out with my work- the world of the total abstract. These paintings are really explorations in color- how colors blend, contrast, and compliment on the canvas and how these mixtures impact the visual expierence.
These paintings were inspiried by (shock!) New York City, where I visited quite often while I was living in Amherst. I don't know if there is anything more amazing then the first time you enter Manhattan (especially if you are lucky enough to do so at night!) and see the "canyons of steel". Mind boggling and I never got tired of looking at those buildings just like I never tire of the sunset.
